Book In Transit Announcement

This email is sent to the office of the UN ambassadors informing about the arrival of the private edition of the Book.
SUBJECT: The PEIS Book is coming to your office

To the Mission of <COUNTRY> to the UN:

In a few days, your office will receive a book titled "A Frog-In-The-Well Solution - The Israeli-Palestinian Conflict: How the PEIS Plan will resolve this conflict once and for all". Please forward the book to <TITLE and NAME> so that <His/Her> Excellency becomes aware of the PEIS Plan.

The root cause for the war in Gaza and attacks on Israel is the wider Israeli-Palestinian conflict that involves the West Bank. The reason for this long-running conflict is land: two groups of people want the same piece of land. Previous peace initiatives focus on partitioning this land, with one-state and two-state solutions. Everybody seems content to hash the same failed solutions that have gone nowhere for almost eight decades. The PEIS Plan offers a new direction.

The PEIS Plan stands for the Palestine-Egypt-Israel-Sinai peace plan. The deus ex machina is the introduction of an additional land. The PEIS Plan proposes that Egyptians sell the insurgent-infected part of the Sinai Peninsula to the Palestinians and use the proceeds for the development of the rest of the peninsula and mainland Egypt they sorely need to make Egypt economically prominent again. The Palestinians sell the West Bank to Israel and use the remittance to pay the Egyptians and build an independent New Palestinian state that combines the purchased portion of Sinai with the Gaza Strip for a sizable nation that is 50% bigger than the new Israel and six times bigger than the landlocked West Bank, contiguous from sea to sea (the Mediterranean Sea on the North and the Gulf of Aqaba on the South), free-standing with an unrestricted air space, and viable for the returning diaspora. Part of Jerusalem will belong to this new nation, too. The Israelis buy the West Bank (minus the Jerusalem enclave) from the Palestinians and finally fulfill their immemorial yearning for the "Land of Israel" with full international recognition. There will be no expulsion of Palestinians out of the transferred West Bank: If they choose to stay, they will have the New Palestinian citizenship and Israeli new native residency which will give them all the local rights. Using the PEIS Plan as a template regarding Lebanon and Syria, Israel may gain something it has never known since its independence in 1948: peace with all its neighbors. The PEIS Plan can succeed where others have failed because it gives the Egyptians, Palestinians, and Israelis something they most want.

The 400-page PEIS book explains in detail why the Egyptians, Palestinians, and Israelis should consider the PEIS Plan. I am sending the PEIS book to the missions to the UN of states that are mentioned in the PEIS Plan or have shown interest in mediating the conflict. An overview of the PEIS Plan is available online at peisplan.docngu.net.

My name is Doc Ngu. I am the author of the book. The PEIS Plan is more than a book: It is a vision for the people in the Middle East living in peace with their neighbors and building prosperity for generations to come. The Plan requires the involvement of many governments. I hope that <His/Her> Excellency spares some time to look over the PEIS Plan, and if <His/Her> Excellency finds some merits in the Plan, to forward it to the proper decision makers.

All the beaten paths have failed to reach peace. It may be the time to explore a path not taken.

Sincerely yours,
Doc Ngu
