This is the timeline of the book from idea to publication.

• 10/16/2023 - The e-Book version is available for purchase.
• 10/13/2023 - The e-Book version has pricing ready and is marked for distribution before the paperback and hardcover printed editions.
• 10/12/2023 - Ingram Spark wipes out the pricing details again for the printed editions, requiring new data entries and resubmissions.
• 10/11/2023 - The eproof reviews identify the need for a couple of updates in the copyright page.
• 10/10/2023 - Ingram Spark approves the book submission and has the eproof ready for review.
• 10/04/2023 - Ingram Spark issues a Catalog Integrity Notice holding back the distribution of the book due to a bug in its system that wipes out the pricing detail.
• 10/02/2023 - Book manuscript submitted to Ingram Sparks for print and distribution.
