I invite you to take a look at the PEIS Plan.

The PEIS Plan offers a path not taken that can resolve the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict once and for all. Existing one-state and two-state solutions attempt to slice and dice the West Bank, but it is wanted in its full spread of beauty and history by both the Israeli and Palestinian peoples. The West Bank thus becomes the box that frames all failed solutions. The Palestinian-Egyptian-Israeli-Sinai (PEIS) peace plan is an out-of-the-box three-state solution that introduces a deus-ex-machina new land: the Sinai Peninsula.

My name is Doc Ngu - "Doc" because I have a Ph.D. and "Ngu" because my last name is Nguyễn. I am a Vietnamese-American author who writes about novel solutions to some of the intractable conflicts in the world. I published the PEIS book just a few weeks before the Oct 7 Hamas attack. Since then, I have written a series of articles on the Times of Israel to expand the PEIS Plan to also cover the Israeli-Hamas War in Gaza.

The PEIS Plan can succeed where others have failed because it gives the things most dear to the stakeholders: to the Egyptians, the way out of its financial crisis and a funding source for its pharaonic ambitions; to the Palestinians, a viable brand new country plus the retention of their private properties in the ancestral West Bank; and to the Israelis, a first-time ever peace with all its neighbors and Greater Israel with Judea and Samaria internationally recognized.

The purpose of this email is first to make you aware of the PEIS Plan and secondly to request the lending of your influential voice to make others aware of the Plan. By being aware of the Plan, you can convince yourself one way or the other, and your opinion is as good as mine. However, after close to eight decades of hatred and killing each other, and with a future bleak with the same, the Israeli and Palestinian peoples deserve the right to be aware that there exists a new alternative.
