INTRODUCING THE PEIS PLAN TO THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION

Message to the White House

Dear President Trump,

Given your background in real estate and deal-making, you now have an opportunity to change the world by bringing peace to the Middle East, an endeavor that has stymied all U.S. presidents since World War II. I am talking about the PEIS Plan, an innovative three-state peace plan to end the Gaza War and permanently resolve the Israeli-Palestinian conflict.

The central tenets of the PEIS Plan are:

1. Egypt sells a portion of the Sinai Peninsula to the Palestinians and uses the proceeds to bolster its economy.
2. The Palestinians sell the land-locked West Bank to Israel and use the proceeds to pay the Egyptians. They combine the purchased Sinai land with the Gaza Strip to create a new Palestinian state that has a two-sea access, an unrestricted airspace, and a landmass more than enough to welcome back the Palestinian diaspora.
3. Israel, with the legal purchase of the West Bank, fulfills its dream of an internationally recognized Judea and Samaria.
4. There is no forced expulsion of Palestinians from the West Bank. They can remain forever under the "native residency" status.

This three-state Plan offers a triple-win scenario: prosperity for Egypt, nationhood for Palestinians, and peace and territory for Israel.

The book about the PEIS Plan was published a few weeks before the Hamas attack on Israel. I offered the Plan to the Biden administration via the White House contact form. I received a canned response extolling Biden's Middle East efforts, without a mention of the PEIS Plan. Of course, President Biden has not been able to resolve this intractable issue.

But, President Trump, you can! The three-state-triple-win PEIS Plan bypasses all the historical complexities and is "simply" a three-way real estate transaction at its core. Nobody can make a deal on a real estate transaction better than you do.

Of course, the PEIS Plan is not simple. The website (peisplan.docngu.net) offers the intricate information.

I am now submitting the PEIS Plan via the same White House contact form. I hope for a better engagement this time.
