This novel plan can herald a future of peace between the Israelis and the Palestinians. I'd appreciate if you would add it as a discussion topic to your class or seminar about the relationship between the two peoples.

The PEIS Plan is a never-mentioned three-state solution to resolve the Israeli-Palestinian Conflict, including the Israeli-Hamas War. This path not taken can succeed because it gives the Israelis and Palestinians what they want the most. For Israel, it will be an internationally recognized Judea and Samaria and an unprecedented peace with all its neighbors. For the Palestinians, it will be a contiguous and viable country that is bigger than Greater Israel, with two sea accesses, an unencumbered airspace, a continuous native residency in the West Bank, a cultural sovereignty in Jerusalem, and ample land for the returning Palestinian diaspora.

The current approaches have not worked. For the West Bank conflict, eight decades of one-state and two-state solutions have not brought a resolution. As for the Gaza war, attempts for a longer-lasting ceasefire -- not even a permanent peace -- have failed rounds and times again. The PEIS Plan may look out of the left field on first impression, but only an out-of-the-box solution can resolve an unsolvable problem.

My name is Doc Ngu. I write about novel solutions to intractable problems in the world. I published the book about the PEIS Plan several weeks before the Oct 2023 Hamas attack on Israel. Since then, I have written several articles on the Times of Israel to explain how the PEIS Plan, by resolving the core issue of the Conflict, will also resolve the War. 

I am now making the world aware of the PEIS Plan. In addition to the class or seminar discussion, I am contacting you to request that you also bring awareness of the PEIS Plan to a broader audience by talking about it, writing about it, and forwarding it to others. The goal is from the grassroots, we will make the decision-makers in governments and administrations aware of the PEIS Plan. Then, let history be the judge.
